1. Acceptance of terms
These terms govern access to and use of Proceza's websites, applications, network services, business tools, loyalty features, Rescue workflows, and registered Hub services.
2. Accounts and responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and use the platform only for lawful business and community purposes.
Business accounts
Business owners are responsible for staff permissions, listing accuracy, transaction records, offers, and customer communications.
Member verification
Verification indicates that specified information was reviewed by Proceza. It is not a guarantee of product quality, financial performance, or government approval.
3. Network offers and loyalty
Member benefits must state eligibility, validity, minimum order, redemption limits, and applicable conditions. Network Points and Store Points are separate balances and are subject to their respective program rules.
4. Rescue and food safety
Donors, businesses, organizations, and hub operators remain responsible for the physical condition, handling, storage, acceptance, and release of goods under their control.
5. Hub operations
Registered Hubs must maintain an identified operator, current service profile, accepted-product rules, staff permissions, operational records, and required official registrations.
6. Data and privacy
Proceza processes data according to the Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements. Aggregated program reports do not disclose confidential business data unless appropriate consent or authority exists.
7. Suspension and termination
Proceza may suspend accounts, offers, listings, or hubs that violate platform rules, create safety risks, misrepresent status, or misuse the network.
