NewProceza Circular
Post recyclables for junkshops and barangay MRFs nearby, keep track of the bottles and crates you lend, give coffee grounds to farms, and borrow instead of buying.

Each one runs the same way: you post what you have, the right people nearby see it, and you approve who takes it.
Households and businesses
Post bottles, cans, cardboard or used cooking oil. Junkshops, recyclers and barangay MRFs nearby that take it are told.
See howCafés, farms and co-ops
A café posts its used grounds, peels and trimmings, free, once or every week. Verified farms within 25 km collect them for compost or feed.
See howShops and their customers
Lend basyo, water jugs, LPG cylinders and crates at the till. Deposits stay out of your sales, and you can see who has them.
See howEveryone
Lend a ladder, a tent or a karaoke set to neighbours, free or for a price per day, instead of everyone buying one.
See howRecyclables
One material, about how many kilos, until when, and a pin on the map. Once, or every week.
Verified collectors that take that material, at that amount, and travel that far. Nearest first, in the app.
Collectors ask to collect. You choose one, and the others are closed as not selected.
At pickup, enter the collector's code and the weight off their scale. Your kilos sent for recycling add up by material and month.
One material per post. Hazardous, medical and electronic waste are not on the list; follow your LGU's guidance for those.

Borrow & Lend
Until you approve a collector, they see your first name, your barangay and about how far.
Junkshops, recyclers and barangay MRFs are checked by Proceza before they collect.
Proceza records the weight. Any payment is between you and the collector.
Nobody collects, claims or borrows until the owner says yes.
Proceza Circular
Recyclables, containers, coffee grounds and Borrow & Lend are free on every plan.
