How do I post a Rescue listing?

Turn surplus into value, support, or community impact

A Rescue listing helps you sell, redistribute, transport, donate, or responsibly redirect products before they become waste.

Step 1: Choose your Rescue type

Go to:

Rescue → Post Surplus

Choose one of the following:

Rescue Sale

For safe and usable products that you want to sell quickly at a reduced price.

Surplus Harvest

For vegetables, fruits, flowers, coffee, or other farm goods that need buyers or transport.

Food Donation

For suitable food that may be claimed by an eligible verified organization.

Shared Transport

For goods that need affordable transport or vehicle capacity.

Alternative Use

For products intended for processing, animal feed, composting, recycling, or another approved use.

Step 2: Add product details

Enter:

  • Product name

  • Quantity
  • Unit of measurement
  • Description
  • Photos
  • Current condition
  • Preparation or harvest date
  • Best-before or use-by information, when applicable
  • Storage method
  • Allergens, when applicable

Provide accurate information so buyers, transporters, and organizations can make an informed decision.

Step 4: Add location and timing

Provide:

  • Pickup location
  • Nearest Proceza Hub, when available

Time-sensitive products should have a clear deadline.

  • Regular price
  • Rescue price
  • Minimum acceptable price
  • Minimum order
  • Bulk pricing, when available

For donations, select:

Offer for Donation

Donation listings may only be visible to eligible or verified organizations.

Step 6: Review your declaration

Before publishing, confirm that:

  • The information is accurate
  • The product is suitable for the selected use
  • The item was properly handled and stored
  • The product does not show signs of spoilage
  • Required allergen and condition information was provided

Step 7: Publish

Select:

Step 8: Review claims or offers

You may receive:

  • Buyer offers
  • Organization claims
  • Transport quotations
  • Hub drop-off instructions
  • Requests for additional information

Review the member’s verified information before accepting.

Step 9: Confirm the handover

When the item is collected:
