Proceza Loyalty keeps two kinds of points on one card, because they reward two different things.
Network Points
Network Points are earned across participating Proceza businesses and can be spent across them too. They exist to reward the habit of buying local — the coffee, the vegetables and the laundry all add to one balance, and that balance is welcome at other participating businesses.
Store Points
Store Points are earned at one business and spent at that same business. They are how a shop thanks its own regulars, and each business decides what its own points are worth.
Which do I have?
Both, usually. Your card shows each balance separately, so you can always see what is spendable across the network and what belongs to a particular shop.
