Proceza Loyalty gives customers two separate types of points:
Network Points
Network Points are earned when you purchase from participating Proceza Network businesses.
They may be used at participating businesses across the Proceza network, subject to the current redemption rules.
Network Points are:
- Earned from participating Network Members
- Stored in your main Proceza Loyalty balance
- Redeemable at participating Network businesses
- Designed to reward customers for supporting local businesses
- Managed according to Proceza Network Loyalty rules
Example
You earn:
- 120 Network Points from a coffee shop
- 80 Network Points from a farm market
- 50 Network Points from a laundry business
Your total balance becomes:
250 Network Points
You may redeem those points at an eligible participating business.
Store Points
Store Points are earned from one specific business and may normally be redeemed only at that same business.
Store Points are:
- Earned through purchases from a particular store
- Kept separate for each business
- Redeemable only at the business that issued them
- Controlled by that business’s Loyalty rules
- Useful for store-specific rewards and repeat-customer promotions
Example
You earn:
300 Store Points from Maria’s Café
Those points may be used only for rewards offered by Maria’s Café.
Your Store Points from Maria’s Café are separate from Store Points you may earn at another business.

Can the two balances be combined?
Network Points and Store Points remain separate unless a special promotion clearly states otherwise.
For example, a store may allow you to redeem:
- Store Points for a free product
- Network Points for a discount
The business will show the available options before you confirm redemption.
Where can I view my balances?
Go to:
Loyalty → My Card
You will see:
- Current Network Points
- Store Points for each business
- Available rewards
- Vouchers
- Recent point activity
- Point expiration dates, when applicable
