How do I create a business profile?

Create your business presence on Proceza

Your business profile is your public identity on Proceza. It allows customers and other Network Members to discover your business, view your products or services, contact you, and learn about your promotions, member benefits, Loyalty rewards, and Rescue activities.

Before you begin

Prepare the following:

  • Business name
  • Business category
  • Short business description
  • Contact number and email
  • Business address or service area
  • Opening hours
  • Logo and cover photo
  • At least one product or service
  • Payment, pickup, or delivery information

Step 1: Create your account

Go to Get Started Free and choose the account type that best describes you:

  • Business
  • Farmer or producer
  • Supplier
  • Transporter
  • Cooperative
  • Community organization
  • Hub operator

Enter your email address or mobile number and create a secure password.

Step 2: Add your business information

From your dashboard, select:

Business Profile → Create Business

Enter your:

  • Public business name
  • Legal or registered name, when applicable
  • Business category
  • Business description
  • Contact details
  • Social-media links

Keep your description simple. Explain what you offer, whom you serve, and where you operate.

Step 3: Add your location

Choose whether your business has:

  • A physical storefront
  • A farm or production location
  • A service area
  • Multiple branches
  • Online operations only

Place your pin accurately on the map. Your exact location may be hidden when your business operates from a private residence.

Step 4: Add your operating information

Set your:

  • Opening days and hours
  • Pickup options
  • Delivery area
  • Accepted payment methods
  • Minimum-order requirements
  • Service coverage

Step 5: Add products or services

Add at least one item with:

  • Name
  • Category
  • Description
  • Price or “Request a Quote”
  • Photo
  • Availability
  • Pickup or delivery options

Step 6: Choose the Proceza features you want to use

You may activate:

  • Discover listing
  • Connect
  • Network Membership
  • Member Benefits
  • Loyalty
  • Rescue
  • Business-management tools
  • Hub services, when applicable

Step 7: Preview and publish

Select Preview Profile to check how customers and businesses will see your page.

When everything is correct, select:

Publish Business Profile

Your business will become searchable through Proceza Discover after the required review or moderation process.

Step 8: Apply for verification

Verification is optional for basic profiles but recommended for businesses that want to:

  • Display a Verified Member badge
  • Offer or claim certain member benefits
  • Receive B2B requests
  • Register a Hub
  • Accept Rescue donations
  • Build greater trust with customers and businesses

Go to:

Settings → Verification

Upload the requested information and documents.

What happens next?

After publishing, continue improving your profile by:

  • Adding more products or services
  • Posting a Member Benefit
  • Creating a promotion
  • Joining Proceza Loyalty
  • Posting what your business needs through Connect
  • Inviting your suppliers and business partners
