How do I verify a registered Hub?

Check before you drop, buy, collect, or deliver

Every active Proceza Registered Hub should have a Hub ID and a verification QR code.

Option 1: Scan the Hub QR code

Look for the official sign:

PROCEZA REGISTERED HUB — Farm Market • Pickup Point • Rescue Point

Use your phone camera or the Proceza app to scan the QR code.

The code should open a Proceza verification page such as:

getproceza.com/verify/hub/PRZ-HUB-000021

Option 2: Search through Proceza Hubs

Go to:

Hubs → Explore Hubs

Search by:

  • Hub name
  • Hub ID
  • Municipality or city
  • Hub service
  • Current operating status

What should the verification page show?

A valid Hub profile should display:

  • Hub name
  • Unique Hub ID
  • Verification status
  • Current activity status
  • Legal or declared operator
  • Location
  • Operating hours
  • Services offered
  • Accepted-product categories
  • Latest Proceza review date
  • Directions and contact options

Understand the Hub statuses

Registered

The operator has created a Hub profile and submitted the required information.

Under Review

The application, documents, or location assessment is still being reviewed.

Verified and Active

Proceza has reviewed the Hub’s operator, declared location, services, and submitted information.

Temporarily Inactive

The Hub is not currently accepting drops, pickups, or transactions.

Suspended or Expired

The Hub should not be used until the issue has been resolved and its status is restored.

Check the services carefully

Not every Hub provides every service.

A Hub may offer:

  • Farm Market
  • Pickup Point
  • Rescue Point
  • Transport and Aggregation
  • Cold storage
  • Consumer collection
  • Organization pickup

Confirm that the service you need is marked Active.

Check accepted products

A Hub may accept vegetables and packaged bread but not accept:

  • Raw meat
  • Seafood
  • Unlabeled meals
  • Refrigerated products
  • Open food
  • Other restricted items

Review the Hub’s accepted-product list before visiting.

Does “Proceza Verified” mean government-accredited?

No. Proceza verification means the platform has reviewed the Hub information and documents required under its own verification process.

Report a problem

Select:

Report This Hub

Report concerns such as:

  • Incorrect location
  • Expired QR sign
  • Hub not operating
  • Unsafe handling
  • Unclear fees
  • Suspicious activity
  • Incorrect verification claims
